our therapist

Saba Marzabadi

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student who is passionate about helping people feel more connected to themselves and their lives. I believe that with the right support, people can gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward greater emotional balance and fulfillment. My own experience in therapy showed me how powerful it can be to feel truly understood, which is what inspired me to offer that same grounded, compassionate support to others.

I work from a warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned perspective, integrating somatic practices, emotion-focused work, and systemic approaches. With a background in kinesiology and years of teaching violin, I approach therapy with curiosity and patience—helping clients gently understand their patterns and develop skills that support lasting change.

My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure or judgment. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and meaningful.
