I am a psychotherapist and educator with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting children, families, and individuals facing complex emotional and developmental challenges. My expertise spans cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), play therapy, person-centered therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and art therapy, allowing me to provide individual, evidence-based interventions that foster emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy family dynamics.

I hold a Master’s in Psychology from Yorkville University, a Graduate Diploma in Creativity, and degrees in Early Childhood Education, Leadership, and counselling. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education and Curriculum Studies at Edgewood University.

Throughout my career, I have designed and implemented individualized treatment and family support plans, guided children and parents through relational and behavioural challenges, and facilitated growth in a safe, empathetic, and collaborative environment. My work is rooted in empowering families and children to thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
