I believe that optimal mental health and emotional well-being are rooted in cultural sensitivity and holistic care. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, as well as a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University.
I am dedicated to integrating evidence-based practices that honor diverse cultural backgrounds and tailor care to each individual’s unique journey. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I provide compassionate, culturally sensitive support to help clients build resilience, self-understanding, and emotional well-being.
I offer services in both English and Punjabi and work with a diverse population, welcoming clients from all walks of life.
