Therapy comes in various forms, such as behavior-focused approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as humanistic approaches like client-centered therapy, Gestalt therapy, and existential therapy. The effectiveness of different therapies can vary, and the choice of therapy will depend on the direction you and your therapist decide to take together.

The decision to seek treatment is entirely up to you. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, depressed or out of control, it might be worth considering.

Sessions fee range from $175 to $225 , sliding scale rates available based on need.

Please be aware this practice has a cancellation and no-show policy in place. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancelling appointments; otherwise, you may be automatically invoiced for the full session.

Brighter Tomorrow Counselling Services operates solely as a virtual private practice. While we do not offer face-to-face sessions, we recognize that some clients prefer face-to-face sessions. If you’re looking for face-to-face sessions, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you in finding the right provider.

Yes, we offer a free initial consultation to assist you find the right fit. We encourage you to explore your options and choose a therapist who feels right for you.

Some insurance plans offer full coverage for psychotherapy, while others have limits. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm the details of your coverage and to ensure that Registered Psychotherapy is included.

Clients pay for sessions upfront and receive a receipt, which can be submitted to their insurance company for reimbursement.

For eligible immigrant and refugee clients, psychotherapy services are also covered through the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP)
